Deposits & Scheduling • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment via my booking site. • Deposits are non-transferable and can only be moved with 24+ hour notice. • If rescheduled more than once or with less than 24 hours notice, a new deposit is required. Late Policy • There is a 10-minute grace period. • After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, your deposit forfeited and a NEW deposit is necessary to rebook. • Cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice = loss the deposit + 50% of service cost + new deposit. Cancellation Policy
DB NailRoom is an appointment-based nail salon. We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit, plus a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and a 50% charge of the booked service. If the payment does not go through, you may be restricted from booking future appointments.
